Crystal’s own raw cranberry honey is produced during the cranberry pollination season on Cape Cod and Nantucket. During the peak of summer, our bees are working to pollinate these locally grown cranberries and produce their delicious honey. Then we combine them together to make our classic Nantucket honey.
Since we do our best to create an ideal environment for our bees to work and live in, the quantity of honey that we are able to produce varies from year to year. Because of that, you’ll want to be sure to snatch up some cranberry honey while supplies last. Before long, we’ll be out of this delicious honey for the season.
