Our raw blueberry honey is produced in the pine barren region of New Jersey and on the blueberry barrens of Washington County, Maine.
Each year, we transport over 5,000 colonies of honeybees to help pollinate the blueberry crops in both of these states. The blueberry blossom produces a drop of nectar at the base of the flower that is visible to the naked eye and very delicious to our bees. The resulting authentic raw blueberry honey produced by the bees is light amber in color and consistently tastes the same from year to year.
