This honey is produced by our bees in the Champlain Valley of Vermont. For well over 100 years the Champlain valley has been famous for producing a fine light honey. This authentic raw honey is extracted without heat or filtration, May become solid or creamy rather than liquid after bottling. May contain bits of pollen propolis or beeswax.
