Our raw wildflower honey is harvested, extracted, and bottled straight from our family hives in Massachusetts and New York without heat or filtration.
This process captures any inadvertent pollen with its associated enzymes and trace minerals. Bits of propolis and beeswax may also be present in our honey. Combined, this can support allergy prevention and provide health benefits.
The flowers used in our wildflower honey are members of the aster family, the primary source of this honey’s goldenrod finish.
