Our raw wildflower honey is harvested, extracted, and bottled straight from the hive without heat or filtration. This process captures any inadvertent pollen with its associated enzymes and trace minerals. Bits of propolis and beeswax may also be present in our honey.
The flowers used in our wildflower honey are members of the aster family, the primary source of this honey’s goldenrod finish. Raw Wildflower Honey 
5.5lb jar "wildflower' came in a thick creamy texture was AMAZING. so i bought 40lb pail of the southern 'wildflower' thinking i was getting a deal its disgusting... really. i am in michigan and have tried many types of honey from out west to down south. this tasted like a honey i got from the keys in florida strong nasty taste to it so becareful on what wildflower honey u buy no wonder it was 50% off haha - all that said i will be buying again but the right flavor of honey!
