Smoothie

Within 10 minutes, you can whip together a delicious smoothie snack that is chock-full of superfoods. The simple ingredients of are:

  • Four freshly squeezed oranges, or approximately two cups
  • Half of a mango
  • One to two tablespoons of bee pollen
  • One tablespoon of honey
  • One banana
  • 10 almonds
  • ¼ teaspoon of cardamon
  • ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • A bit of pepper

Blend all the ingredients together until the mixture becomes smooth. To finish it off, you can sprinkle cinnamon, matcha green tea, or bee pollen on top.

Bee Pollen Power Ball

It is no wonder why people would want bee pollen as a primary ingredient in their pre-workout power ball. The ingredients for that snack are:

  • One cup of almonds
  • ½ cup of crystallized gingerroot pieces
  • ½ cup of raw honey
  • Two tablespoons of bee pollen
  • Two tablespoons of coconut oil
  • ½ cup of unsweetened, shredded coconut

You want to first use your food processor to grind the almonds to a medium meal consistency. Then, throw in the rest of the ingredients and grind it into a doughy consistency. You should roll the dough into ¼ diameter balls and add more coconut. Leave it in the fridge overnight before eating.

Chia Breakfast Bowl

An excellent way to start the day, the ingredients included in the chia breakfast bowl are:

  • One to three tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup of milk or almond-coconut milk
  • Bit of salt
  • Bit of bee pollen
  • Coconut nectar, stevia, maple syrup, or honey

The directions are quick and easy. Just put the chia seeds in the milk and stir well. Only stirring occasionally, let it sit for 15 minutes, or until whenever the chia seeds totally soften or bloom. Add the rest of the ingredients and your preferred sweetener. You can throw in coconut flakes, seasonal fruit, or whatever else appeals to you.
